Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the electrical and MEP industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective market strategies.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, explaining solutions and addressing their requirements.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and technical submittals in line with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, projects) to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide technical support during project execution when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and market trends in the electrical and power sector.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Analyze client challenges and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical standards, codes, and safety practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical, power, or MEP industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, cables, and relevant industry standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
