Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Electrical activities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

  • Lead and supervise Electricians, helpers, and assistants; assign tasks and monitor daily productivity.

  • Read, understand, and execute works as per approved shop drawings, coordination drawings, and specifications.

  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant local authority regulations (DEWA / ADDC).

  • Ensure availability and efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment, control wastage.

  • Prepare and communicate material / Equipment requirements in advance.

  • Coordinate with civil, Plumbing, HVAC, fire and other trades to avoid clashes.

  • Report daily progress, delays, and site issues; assist during consultant/client inspections.

  • Enforce HSE rules and ensure all team members follow safety procedures and PPE requirements and conduct toolbox talks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in supervision of Electrical works

  • Strong understanding of wiring systems, containment works including GI conduits and GI cable tray works

  • Sound knowledge in LV switchgear installations, Cable terminations, Earthing and lighting protection systems

  • Knowledge of local Authority guidelines, DEWA, ADDC and installation methods

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, load schedules   and specifications

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage site productivity

  • Experience in ELV installations

  • Good communication and reporting skills

  • Basic computer literacy and able to use MS word and excel for daily reporting, material list and documentation

  • IOSH safety certificate is recommended
