Position Overview: The Electrical Maintenance Technician at Mirfa International Power & Water Company (MIPCO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the high availability and reliability of electrical systems across the plant. The position involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting plant operations. This role demands technical expertise, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

Purpose of the Job: To ensure plant electrical equipment is maintained at a high standard, maximizing reliability and availability by following documented procedures, OEM guidelines, and instructions from the Head of Electrical Maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with static and rotating equipment
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of international safety standards
• Proficient in computer systems and English communication
