Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement electrical safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices to minimize risks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations

  • Strong hands-on experience with Schneider Electric MV switchgear (SM6, RM6, protection relays, etc.)

  • Proven experience in MV/LV systems, substations, and power distribution networks

  • Experience in industrial plants, mega projects, or facility management environments

  • Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, and protection systems

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Familiar with international standards (IEC, IEEE)

  • Experience in high-voltage safety procedures and permit systems
