Electrical QA/QC Engineer Bin Hanif Construction LLC

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of all electrical work with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of inspection procedures, documentation, testing protocols, and regulatory standards in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the QA/QC plan for electrical works as per project specifications and international standards (e.g., IEC, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Review and verify all electrical materials and equipment for compliance with specifications and approved submittals.
• Conduct routine inspections, tests, and audits of electrical systems, installations, and materials.
• Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of electrical installations.
• Supervise testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems (LV, ELV, lighting, grounding, cable trays, DBs, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions with consultants and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense).
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for QA/QC records and ensure readiness for audits.
