Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards to safeguard team and project integrity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Review and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, translating technical details into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that electrical work is completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Implement training and development programs for team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices in electrical work.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all electrical work, including permits, inspections, and maintenance records for regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding electrical project updates, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating innovative solutions into projects to improve efficiency.
  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and conduct regular safety training sessions to foster a culture of safety among the team.

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles.
