Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide electricians and technicians in daily operational tasks and projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement electrical projects and maintenance activities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
• Maintain and update all electrical documentation including plans and schematics.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to prevent future malfunctions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and equipment necessary for electrical projects.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Create and maintain efficient reporting systems to track progress and performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems regularly.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of electrical services and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance, and operations best practices.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of technical professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for effective leadership.
