Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :


Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on project sites.
Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Manage materials and equipment inventory effectively.
Provide technical guidance and training to electrical team members.
Prepare reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
Collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical supervision within the UAE.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE electrical standards, codes, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage and motivate electrical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
