Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise electrical works as per approved drawings and safety standards.
Assign tasks to electricians and technicians and monitor daily work progress.
Ensure compliance with QHSE, electrical safety rules, and regulations.
Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for smooth site execution.
Monitor manpower, productivity, and quality of work.
Handle installation of LV/MV systems, cabling, panels, lighting, and earthing.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify and correct unsafe practices and site issues.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Prepare daily reports on progress, manpower, and site activities
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5–8 years of experience in electrical works.
Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in substations, power, or construction projects preferred.
Knowledge of electrical drawings and site execution.
Electrical safety training is an advantage.
