Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems including lighting, emergency lighting, LV/MV/HV distribution, UPS, generators, BMS, EPMS, motors, pumps, and control panels

  2. Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs efficiently to ensure continuous operation of services

  3. Inspect, monitor, and maintain electrical equipment and plant rooms in safe and serviceable condition

  4. Record daily maintenance activities, breakdowns, and electrical consumption data accurately

  5. Comply with all safety procedures including Permit to Work, Risk Assessments, and Lockout/Tag‑out

  6. Coordinate with Mechanical, HVAC, and Civil teams for integrated facilities operations

  7. Follow HSE, quality, and information security policies at all times

  8. Participate in shift duties, overtime, and emergency on‑call support as required

  9. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Facilities Management or relevant technical qualification

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings, hospitals, or FM environments

  3. Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical safety practices, and maintenance procedures

  4. Experience working with UPS, generators, BMS, EPMS, and building electrical services

  5. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in high‑temperature environments

  6. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call‑outs
