Electrical Technician Five Hotels and Resorts

Key Responsibilities

• Performs Meticulous electrical inspections, Preventive maintenance, and Prompt repairs across All Systems, including power distribution, sophisticated lighting, and emergency backup, ensuring Uninterrupted FIVE-Styled Guest experiences.
• Conducts Comprehensive testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of Electrical Infrastructure while maintaining Strict Compliance with local regulations, international codes, and FIVE s safety standards.
• Responds Rapidly and Effectively to electrical emergencies, minimising disruption and Protecting the seamless Vibe at FIVE throughout all Guest and Operational Areas.
• Identifies and Resolves electrical faults with Precision and Efficiency, guaranteeing Flawless Operational Continuity across Front- and Back-of-House.
• Executes Rigorous safety audits to Detect and Eliminate potential Hazards such as shorts, overloads, and fire risks, safeguarding Guests, FIVERs, and property.
• Installs, upgrades, and maintains Bespoke Electrical Systems and Designer Fittings, from artisan lighting to high-performance wiring, that elevate FIVE s Exquisite Atmosphere.
• Supports and integrates Energy-Efficient electrical solutions and sustainable practices that align with FIVE s Commitment to Innovation and Environmental Responsibility.
• Assists in managing, optimising, and enhancing FIVE s cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Automation Technologies, ensuring reliable performance of all Smart Systems.
• Collaborates closely with the Engineering Team on renovation, refurbishment, and expansion projects to deliver Flawless Execution consistent with FIVE s Bold design philosophy.
• Maintains curated records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and compliance documentation to Support audits and uphold FIVE s industry-leading reputation.
• Provides technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior FIVERs, fostering a Culture of Excellence, Teamwork, and Continuous Learning within the Engineering Department.
• Researches disruptive electrical innovations and Recommends new technologies that position FIVE as a trailblazer in Luxury Hospitality Engineering.
