• Perform routine installation, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical or plumbing systems and ascertain trouble spots.
• Follow electrical and plumbing diagrams and blueprints to complete projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all tasks.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate joint projects and repairs.
• Utilize handheld tools and equipment efficiently and safely for repairs.

• Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing systems maintenance.
