Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary fittings to ensure safe and efficient operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, delivering effective and timely solutions. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, circuits, wiring, water networks, and piping systems. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, DEWA/DCD requirements, and local municipality regulations. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and builders for smooth execution of residential and commercial installations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate service logs, work reports, and inventory records of tools and spare parts. Follow strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines during all tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience as an Electrician cum Plumber. Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and carry out installations as per specifications. Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
