Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within FM environment. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.

  2. Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, and wiring.

  3. Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective actions safely and efficiently.

  4. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  5. Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

  6. Conduct preventive and planned maintenance as per schedules.

  7. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification.

  2. Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician in FM, construction, or maintenance environments.

  3. Good knowledge of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, and control panels.

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  5. Knowledge of safety practices and use of PPE.

  6. Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
