Desired Candidate Profile

More than Seventeen years experience. Profound ability to isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors & other electrical equipment. Strong ability to install and maintain lighting fixtures, generators, circuit breakers. Exceptional ability to install grounding leads. Strong ability to study and comprehend new technology. Completed S.S.C in the year of October 2001. Completed H.S.C. in the year of October 2004.Diploma in Electrical Abhinav Technical Institute in 2006. computer Knowledge Ms Word, Ms Excel, Internet.

April 2025 – Working: as a Team Leader Franek Services LLC to till date Responsibilities Lead, guide, and coordinate electricians and technicians in daily tasks and projects. Assign duties, manage workloads, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Provide performance feedback and promote a positive work environment. Mentor junior staff and support their technical development. Plan, schedule, and implement electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations. Oversee quality control by inspecting completed work. Estimate material and time requirements for projects. Monitor inventory of electrical supplies and manage spare parts. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair logs. Prepare reports, proposals, and other relevant documentation. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical faults and system failures. Analyze testing reports (like thermography) to develop repair plans. Ensure all work adheres to local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

April 2023 – Previous: as a Multi Technician Ejadah asset Management to August 2024. Responsibilities PPM & troubleshooting of Split Ac, Duct able Ac, Window Ac, Dx system units Refrigeration system. Worked on Central AC, Air Cooled Chiller & Water-Cooled Chiller Operating & Maintaining system. Worked on AHU, FAHU, FCU, TEF, SPF, CPF, FANS Etc & All HVAC System Units work. Planned preventive maintenance (P.P.M) & troubleshooting of FAHU, AHU, FCU, Cooling Tower, and Primary Pump, Secondary pump, Condensing Pump, Strainers, Heat Exchanger & Pressurization units. Procuring the Materials as required for the work & observing the stock availability of routine maintenance. Install, Repair, and maintain Residential & Commercial building Electrical System, including lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, equipment, fixtures & maintaining wiring, control Lighting systems. Supported the maintenance supervisor in routine Safety inspections to ensure facilities.
