Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical and plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance jobs for residential and small commercial customers. Assist in diagnosing and fixing basic issues such as wiring, switches, breakers, water connections, and sanitary fittings. Support the lead technician in site jobs, carrying tools, preparing materials, and completing tasks efficiently. Attend the shop when required: answer customer calls, record job details, and coordinate with the technician. Help distribute flyers, speak with local customers politely, and build SmartFlow’s presence in the community. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas. Report daily completed jobs, customer feedback, and cash collected to the company owner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic experience in electrical or plumbing work (UAE experience preferred, but not mandatory). Ability to communicate in English or Hindi/Urdu (basic Arabic is a plus). Willingness to be an all-rounder – technical support, shop presence, and customer interaction. Honest, hardworking, and ready to grow with a new startup company. Flexible to work extra hours when required. Ready to accept a trial period of 1 month before visa sponsorship.
