Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts Daily Inspections of all Elevators, Escalators, and Dumbwaiters to ensure Smooth, Safe, and FIVE-Styled Operations.
- Executes Preventive Maintenance Routines in alignment with Manufacturer Schedules and FIVE s Bespoke SOPs.
- Responds Swiftly to Technical Issues or Breakdowns, Minimising Downtime while Maximising Guest Satisfaction.
- Ensures strict Compliance with Local Building Codes, Fire Safety, and Premium Elevator Safety Standards.
- Maintains Meticulous Logs of Maintenance, Inspections, and Repairs, reflecting FIVE s Top-Notch Standards.
- Supports External Audits and liaises with FIVE-Star Service Providers to ensure Award-Winning Safety and Performance.
- Monitors System Performance and delivers Bespoke Recommendations for Continuous Improvements.
- Conducts next-level Training Sessions for Engineering Team Members on Emergency Elevator Procedures.

What We re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on Elevator Maintenance and Repair experience in Luxury Hospitality or Commercial High-Rise Environments.
- Proficiency with World-Leading Elevator Brands, including Otis, Schindler, KONE, or ThyssenKrupp.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Certified Elevator Technician or equivalent Trade Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Local Elevator Codes and Compliance Standards such as ASME A17.1 / EN 81.
- Remarkable Diagnostics and Fault-Finding expertise using OEM Tools and Manuals.
- Familiarity with Elevator Control Systems, Safety Devices, and Hydraulic/Traction Systems.
- A hands-on understanding of PLCs, Drives, and Automated Lift Systems.
- Prior Hospitality Experience is Highly Preferred.
