Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the installation of elevator systems from project initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement installation schedules, plans, and procedures in coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee subcontractors and installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with design and interface teams to resolve site construction issues and adapt plans as needed.
  • Ensure all installation activities comply with company policies, QA, HSE systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, post-installation checkouts (PICO tests), and ensure approvals from clients and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress, report milestones, and address any challenges that may impact cost or schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to installation personnel and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Manage contract execution, documentation, and ensure smooth integration of elevator systems with building infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in elevator installation with notable companies like OTIS, KONE, or Schindler.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, installation practices, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
