Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Perform installation of elevator systems (traction and hydraulic) in residential and commercial buildings.
* Conduct initial testing and commissioning of elevators after installation.
* Carry out basic maintenance and servicing tasks to ensure elevator performance.
* Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during installation.
* Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
* Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals accurately.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work performed.
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other site personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator installation and basic maintenance.
* Good knowledge of elevator components, control panels, and wiring.
* Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and lifting gear safely.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and local regulatory requirements.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Physically fit and willing to work at heights or in confined spaces.
* Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
