Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of elevator systems to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in elevators and escalators, implementing effective repair solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements to extend equipment life.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in elevator maintenance is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in elevator maintenance and call back is essential.

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations specific to elevator operations is a must.
