Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on elevators, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in elevator systems, employing advanced problem-solving skills.
- Install new elevator systems and components, adhering to blueprints and manufacturer specifications for optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service records, repairs, and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and client transparency.
- Work with clients to explain maintenance schedules and address concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation, repair, and maintenance within a commercial or residential setting.
- Valid elevator technician certification or license, demonstrating adherence to local and national safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, allowing for accurate diagnostics and efficient solutions.
