Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques for assessment.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Perform risk management analysis to minimize potential project risks effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for project collaboration.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual team members strengths and skill sets.
- Oversee the installation and testing of ELV and ICT systems to verify compliance with specifications.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates with the project team to ensure alignment and focus.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the ELV and ICT field.
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in network technologies.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills to manage project expectations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt and respond promptly to project challenges and changing environments.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to ELV and ICT systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
