Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Site Surveys & Analysis: Perform on-site surveys to assess client requirements and technical feasibility.
System Design: Create detailed designs for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and Audio Visual.
Proposal & BOQ Development: Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and compliance matrices for tenders.
Technical Support: Assist the sales team during presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to provide technical validation.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors for competitive pricing, product specifications, and technical updates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with UAE local authority regulations such as SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) and MCC (Monitoring and Control Centre).
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in ELV, ICT, or CCTV sales/systems engineering.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, PA systems, and structured cabling.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and capability to work independently.
