Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: Smart Home & ELV Technician

The Role: This is a hands-on project execution role. You will be responsible for the physical installation and setup of smart home systems. You will bridge the gap between traditional electrical work and modern technology, ensuring that every wire, camera, and smart switch is installed perfectly.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Smart Installations: Install and configure smart AC thermostats, lighting controls, smart switches, and door locks.

ELV & Networking: Pull cables (Cat6) and install CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi access points, and routers.

Electrical Work: Read simple wiring diagrams to install and terminate cables in DB (Distribution Boards).

Troubleshooting: Find and fix faults in wiring or device connections at the project site.

Site Coordination: Work with the site team to ensure all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) parts of the project are finished neatly and on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Electrical or ELV (Extra Low Voltage) work. Experience with Smart Apps (like Tuya, Smart Life, or Orvibo) is a big advantage.

Background: Open to candidates from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Philippines, etc.

Technical Skills: * Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience using hand tools (drills, crimpers, and testers).

Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Zigbee/Matter devices is a plus.

Communication: Simple English (must be able to understand instructions from the Project Engineer).

Attitude: Proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn about AI and automation.

Salary & Employment Terms

Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 (Total package: includes basic salary, accommodation allowance, and transportation).

Working Hours: 6 days per week.

Visa Details: Preference given to candidates with a Valid UAE Work Visa. If a company visa is required, the cost will be split 50/50 (50% Company / 50% Employee).

A valid UAE Driving license is a plus.
