Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct threading and tension adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Interpret design specifications and translate them into machine settings to create high-quality embroidered products.
  • Monitor the embroidery process, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on machines, including cleaning and replacing worn parts to prolong machine lifespan.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in embroidery machine operation preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in operating multi-head embroidery machines in a commercial setting.

  • Certification in textile technology or a related field is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

  • Experience with digitizing software to create or modify embroidery designs enhances candidate suitability.

  • Own visa candidate if possible.
