Roles & Responsibilities

  • Should be able to do frame fitting for readymade garments like tshirts, polo and caps for embroidery machine.

  • Set up and operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring correct thread tension and settings for optimal output.

  • Review design specifications and production orders to determine the correct embroidery patterns and colors needed for each project.

  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, making necessary adjustments to avoid production delays and material waste.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on embroidery machines to ensure longevity and consistent quality of work.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Frame fitting on readymade garment for embroidery designs

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines in a production environment.

  • Familiarity with embroidery software and design programs, showcasing a blend of technical and creative skills.

  • Certification in textile or sewing technology is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional growth.
