Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory procedures related to IVF, ICSI, cryopreservation, and embryo culture.
- Handle gametes and embryos with precision and care.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, record, and ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and international quality standards.
- Support oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient safety at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IVF/ART laboratory.
- Strong expertise in ICSI, embryo freezing, and thawing techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of reproductive biology and ART procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
