Strengthen trust and engagement between patients, clinic teams, and the organisation. Key Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day activities of Patient Relations Executives at assigned clinics. Provide hands‑on support and act as floor supervisor to ensure service standards are met. Monitor performance, waiting times, patient complaints, and service quality indicators. Support the Unit In‑Charge in front‑office operations and administrative functions. Ensure patient enquiries are converted to services in line with business targets. Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and share insights with management. Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and operational statistics as required. Support staff rostering, coverage planning, and operational effectiveness. Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives. Support the implementation of systems, tools, and initiatives that enhance patient experience. Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution.
