Employee Care Advisor
Job Purpose:
Provide timely, in-depth analysis and effective support to the Employee Care Section Head throughout the employee care process, including, benchmarking across all areas to provide the required data and recommendations to make necessary decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
• Identify duplications and redundancies in a workflow and formulate recommendations to remedy the situation.
• Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
• Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
• Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
• Consult with operational areas to determine if needs are being met in terms of employee care service
• Overviews the administration of employee benefits and updates and communicates eligibility where required
• Ensure that all data related to employees are uploaded correctly and continuously updated in HR database so that it can be retrieved by other functions for use in their processes
• Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability
• Offers suggestions to improve the efficiency of complex processes in order to save time or money or increase safety, quality, efficiency, or output
Workplace (WPS) and Process (PSM) Safety:
• Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others.
• Adhere strictly to all IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions - thus preventing potential WPS and PSM incidents at all times.
• Always comply with the Sasref HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles and 12 Golden Safety Rules.
Performance Indicators:
• No personal injury or injury to a third party.
• No WPS or PSM incident caused.
Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc. in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience

Oil & Gas / Petroleum

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations
