Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Engagement and Insights Officer to monitor and enhance the University's online reputation across digital platforms. The role involves managing feedback, analyzing sentiment, and working closely with internal teams to improve stakeholder experience and institutional perception.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor online reviews across Google, social media, and other platforms
Respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner (within 24–48 hours)
Analyze sentiment and identify trends in student, alumni, and staff feedback
Prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
Support reputation-building initiatives and positive engagement campaigns
Flag potential risks and support crisis communication when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or related field
2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, PR, or customer experience
Strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
