Provide, including management of account plan activities driven by the assigned Account Manager, generation of a balanced and healthy pipeline, forecast and achievement of signings, revenue, contract profitability, client satisfaction as well as converting traditional offers into service driven engagements
Drive new revenue opportunities with assigned clients through new license sales and other solutions to promote Client community engagement and participation in all the account activities
Attend product selection and strategy meetings to ensure an understanding and document deployment project pipeline to optimize customer experience by attending all technical and project delivery queries
Collaborate cross-functionally (solutions sales, channel, Architecture, delivery, partners) to build credibility and earn trust of customers ensuring the total sales out.
Translate Operation business processes and requirements into positive customer experience with end to end coverage in alignment with Client strategy while demonstrating the ability to meet expected deadlines with a sense of urgency- (Lead Respective KPI in project delivery)
Delivery and monitor delivery of Client services / support in execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule in adherence to operational compliance standards and SLAs
Additional Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
8-10 years experience of proven success in project sales management and grown experience in service sales and software sales
Excellent background in creating stakeholder interlocks and also communicating analysis and business outcomes in a concise and precise way
Ability to coordinate multiply related initiatives effectively by leading and leveraging cross-functional team and resources.
Ability to influence decisions related to Client services and technologies across customers and Lines of business
Detailed understanding of all back-office systems leveraged in support of the business.
Minimum of Technical/bachelor s Degree in business administration, with focus on Project Management
