Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion within budget, timelines, and quality targets
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical engineering solutions
- Analyze engineering issues and propose effective technical improvements
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders for seamless execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering procedures and efficiency
- Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing
- Maintain accurate engineering records and follow all workflow protocols

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering in a relevant technical field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering and project coordination
- Strong technical understanding of engineering processes and systems
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented approach with experience leading cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement practices
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added benefit
