Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion within budget, timelines, and quality targets
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical engineering solutions
  • Analyze engineering issues and propose effective technical improvements
  • Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders for seamless execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering procedures and efficiency
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing
  • Maintain accurate engineering records and follow all workflow protocols

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering in a relevant technical field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering and project coordination
  • Strong technical understanding of engineering processes and systems
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach with experience leading cross-functional groups
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement practices
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an added benefit
