Engineer ERP Functional Expert -Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operation

Act as the functional expert for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and production operations within the ERP environment (Odoo ERP and future SAP S/4HANA).

Lead end‑to‑end ERP functional scope, covering:

• Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Routings

• Work centres

• Production orders

• Shop‑floor reporting

• MRP planning

• Inventory control

• Warehouse management

• Procurement and material planning

• Logistics workflows

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—manufacturing, engineering, planning, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and finance—to gather and translate business requirements into ERP configurations.

Lead the transition from Odoo to SAP S/4HANA, including process mapping, data migration, workflow standardization, and system stabilization.

Conduct functional workshops, gap analysis, UAT, end‑user training, and post‑go‑live support.

Ensure accurate and optimized ERP processes across production, quality, inventory, WMS, procurement, finance, and supply chain modules.

Prepare functional documentation: process mapping, SOPs, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user guidelines.

Support IT system integration activities, data migration, and legacy system transition projects.

Manage cross‑module integration across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, engineering, supply chain, and logistics.

Provide ongoing functional support, root‑cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support barcode, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), mobile warehouse technologies, and shop-floor data collection systems.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with process governance, quality standards, and audit requirements.
