Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and reliability of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses for equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs, utilizing vibration analysis, oil analysis, and other condition monitoring techniques.
  • Lead and participate in equipment inspections, overhauls, and repairs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance principles.
