We are looking for an experienced Engineer or Project Manager to join our team and lead projects professionally from start to finish. What We Do – Our Fit-Out Services Interior Fit-Out & Renovation Complete villa and apartment renovations Office and retail/shop fit-out Gypsum works – partitions, ceilings, bulkheads Painting & wall finishing Flooring installation: tiles, parquet, vinyl, carpet Electrical Works (MEP – Electrical) Full electrical fit-out and installations LED lighting, switches, sockets, DB panels Troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades Plumbing & Mechanical Works (MEP – Plumbing) Water system installation and repair Bathroom and kitchen fit-out Pumps, valves, drainage systems Air Conditioning & Ventilation AC installation (Split, Ducted, VRF) AC maintenance & repair Air duct cleaning Thermostat installation Carpentry & Metal Works Doors, kitchens, wardrobes Custom-made furniture Aluminium and glass works Additional Services Smart home & automation systems CCTV installation Network & IT infrastructure Your Responsibilities Manage and supervise all fit-out and technical projects Plan and organize material procurement Prepare quotations, price comparisons, and cost estimates Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technicians Site supervision and quality control Maintain and develop client relationships Ensure timely and professional project delivery Your Profile Experience in fit-out or technical project management Strong knowledge of MEP, interior works, or renovation Good understanding of material sourcing and pricing Existing client contacts in Dubai is an advantage Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Good English communication skills We Offer Attractive salary + project-based bonuses Professional, international working environment Growth and development opportunities
