Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure control of process and product quality through inspections, supported by relevant documentation in compliance with product specifications and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in accordance with client requirements.
- Monitor and manage measuring equipment used during inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability. Maintain control over product identification and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure timely calibration of inspection and measuring equipment, either internally or through certified external agencies.
- Approve and release finished products to clients after verifying compliance with quality and quantity specifications.
- Identify, segregate, and store process scrap and rejected materials in designated areas as per company procedures.
- Support the Management Representative in executing quality assurance activities and maintaining QMS compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, process control, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis
