Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Understand the project s needs and objectives.
- Effectively manage projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Support the team in client interactions.
- Analyze and design technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Conduct data and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects.
- Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node.js and React.js).
- Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP.
- Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc).
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc.
- Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation.
- Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions.
- Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
- Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY).
- Team player.
- Salary determined by the market and your experience

Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects.
- Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node.js and React.js).
- Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP.
- Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc).
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Previous experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholders relationships.
- Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc.
- Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation.
- Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions.
- Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
- Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY).
- Team player.
