Engineering Manager – Multidisciplinary Projects

Lead and coordinate design, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams

Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and calculations

Ensure design compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client expectations

Identify engineering risks and develop mitigation strategies

Support procurement and tendering by defining technical specifications and evaluating bids

Serve as key liaison with clients, authorities, and consultants

Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Report directly to the Director of Projects and contribute to strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
• 10+ years of experience in engineering management within construction or infrastructure
• Proven leadership of technical teams on multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and HSE standards
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM systems, and engineering project software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
