Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all maintenance activities related to their accounts and/or local designated teamactivities. Including preparation of proposals for AMC and Services plus administrating dedicated team members while executing the work order. Main point of contact for logged cases and provides first line support. Coordinates tasks internally and externally. Continuously improving team productivity by enhancing their skillsets. Manage key accounts and develop them. KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):First line support for maintenance services. Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests. Operational planning for deploying all required manpower for the execution of jobs. Provides instruction on maintenance scope, timelines, locations and all relevant details. Arrange site visits before commencement of the job. Monitors progress of the work orders (cases) assigned to their respective team members. Actual sourcing and procurement activities for maintenance activities. Coordination with the freight forwarder & supplier while placing orders for maintenance. Coordinates with necessary work permits associated to the site. Prepares monthly reports. Updating NetSuite daily based on the logs open and logs closed. Attends client meetings, if required. Participates as support for preparing tenders and submittals. Prepares and follow up maintenance proposals. Contributes to department revenues .

EDUCATIONBachelors of Engineering or IT as minimumProject coordination t skills are essentialWork Experience3-4 years experience in a security services companiesMust have extensive knowledge of UAESpecific SkillsKey account management skillsVery good command of EnglishGood command of computer skills
