Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements for optimal productivity.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between management and workshop staff to address concerns and promote a collaborative culture.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, resource utilization, and incidents to support continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a Maintenance workshop/conventional Machine shop or manufacturing environment, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Maintenance experience in Industrial equipment's
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing projects, demonstrating an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in Dynamic balancing will be an added advantage
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity, able to engage in hands-on work and demonstrate safety practices.
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements, indicating a commitment to efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Prepare job orders, time sheets, create drawings for shopfloor
  • Excellent communication skills
