Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking talented and detail‑oriented Civil or Architectural Engineers to join our growing team. If you have hands‑on experience in building/villa inspections, design review, or construction supervision, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive inspections of buildings, villas, and related structures
Review architectural and structural designs for compliance with standards and project requirements
Prepare technical reports, inspection findings, and recommendations
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
3–5 years of experience in building/villas inspections, design review, or construction
Strong understanding of UAE building codes and industry standards
Valid driving license
Language Proficiency: English & Arabic
