Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels, ensuring each student feels included and motivated.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their language goals.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and activities that promote real-life language use, enhancing students' conversational skills and confidence.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into the curriculum to enrich the learning experience and keep students engaged.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for higher positions.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a commitment to effective language instruction.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an English language setting, showcasing the ability to manage diverse classrooms.
- Preference for candidates with international teaching experience, highlighting adaptability to different cultural contexts.
