We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a deep understanding of its literature, and excellent pedagogic skills. This role involves planning lessons according to curriculum guidelines, conducting classroom instruction, and evaluating and grading students' performances. You will inspire and motivate students to develop their reading, writing, and speaking skills while fostering a love for literature. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans according to curriculum standards.
• Teach students in a classroom setting, focusing on English language skills.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom discussions.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students' educational growth.
• Customize teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to enhance students' learning experience.
• Maintain up-to-date progress records and report on students' growth regularly.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure all necessary resources are readily available.
• Enhance learning through creative teaching methodologies and innovative tools.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers for staff meetings, workshops, and curriculum development.
• Ensure classroom environment is conducive to learning and free from distractions.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field required.
• Valid teaching certification from an accredited institution is essential.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably as an English teacher or instructor.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work effectively with students of different skills and age groups.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for education and student development.
