Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ENT Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The role involves both medical and surgical care, ensuring patient-centered, evidence-based, and safe clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions.
- Perform minor and major ENT surgical procedures as per clinical privileges.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and emergency care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases.
- Counsel patients and families on preventive care, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical documentation standards.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Otolaryngology or equivalent.
- Valid medical license/eligibility from relevant health authority (e.g., DHA/DOH/MOH – UAE).
- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong surgical, clinical, and communication skills.
