Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of ENT disorders.
Perform surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, and throat, including but not limited to tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and otologic procedures.
Manage and supervise junior medical staff, including residents and nurses.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall patient care plan.
Stay current with the latest advancements in ENT medicine and surgery through continuing medical education and research.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Requirements :
Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology (ENT).
Minimum of 4 years of post-residency experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon.
Must possess a valid and current license to practice medicine issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DOH).
Excellent surgical skills and experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
