Qualifications Required

• Master s or bachelor s degree in a relevant area.
• Skilled worker (craft or industry) background in Environmental and Industrial Processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field.
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training in a related discipline.
• Fluent business English with excellent oral and written skills.
• Knowledge of IT tools, office applications, and CAD.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations and legal requirements.

Desired Attributes

• Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas:
• Environmental: waste management, soil/water/air testing, hazardous material disposal, environmental regulations.
• Pipes & Pipelines: documentation, design, problem-solving.
• Refinery: operating equipment, compliance with SOPs, continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize key topics.
• Reliability, dedication, and strong teamwork with intercultural awareness.
• Experience in developing teaching and learning materials.
• Work experience in the GCC region or similar context preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
