Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert fitting and sizing assistance for riding apparel, boots, and equipment, ensuring customer comfort and safety.
  • Offer detailed product knowledge on tack, supplements, and horse care items, catering to diverse equestrian disciplines.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Demonstrates prior retail experience, preferably in the equestrian or related industry.
