Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for equipment maintenance services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market, conducting thorough needs assessments to propose tailored maintenance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition of maintenance services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance sales or a related field in the GCC.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
In-depth knowledge of Diesel equipment maintenance services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Ablility to join immediately.
Candidates currently in the UAE only.
