Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for equipment maintenance services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market, conducting thorough needs assessments to propose tailored maintenance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition of maintenance services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance sales or a related field in the GCC.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • In-depth knowledge of Diesel equipment maintenance services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

  • Ablility to join immediately.

  • Candidates currently in the UAE only.
