Salary - 13000-14000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation’s ESG Strategy and Policy to enhance ESG maturity year-on-year.

• Lead ESG data collection, validation, and reporting, including GHG emissions

• Establish and coordinate the ESG Committee, including agendas, reporting, and governance.

• Ensure alignment with global ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN, GHG Protocol, SBTi).

• Prepare annual ESG reports, dashboards, and quarterly newsletters.

• Drive ESG culture through awareness campaigns, engagement initiatives, and volunteering programs.

• Coordinate ESG communications with internal teams to ensure consistency and impact.

• Manage ESG projects, stakeholder engagement, and ESG-related client support.

• Support senior management with presentations, insights, and ESG performance updates.

HSE & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, audits, and safety requirements.

• Maintain data integrity and protect information assets in line with security standards.
