Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • MEP / Fire protection - Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements to create accurate cost estimates that align with client expectations.

  • MEP / Fire protection - Develop and maintain comprehensive design documents, ensuring all engineering designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.

  • MEP / Fire protection - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure the feasibility of designs while optimizing for cost and efficiency.

  • MEP / Fire protection - Utilize advanced software tools to produce precise 2D and 3D models, enhancing the visualization and understanding of the proposed designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in design principles and estimation techniques.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in estimation and design within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and familiarity with project management tools like MS Project.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is highly desirable to ensure effective project delivery.
